Board Members - all Board Members are residents of NW Arkansas
Sue Cauthen, RN, St. Mary's Hospital
Sue has been a member of the board since 1996. She is an RN at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rogers. Sue and her husband, Harry, have three grown children and two grandchildren.
Darell Floyd, Customer Logistics Manager, The Dannon Company
Darell has worked in Supply Chain Logistics in multiple locations throughout the country but has called Rogers, AR home since 1994. Darell along with his wife Joyce have chaired the annual Kendrick Fincher Youth Run Registration Team since the first Kendrick Fincher Youth Run was organized in 1999. His two sons graduated from the University of Arkansas in May 2007.
Robin Green, is the Benton County Attorney, representing Benton County and its elected officials in all litigation. She also served as the Benton County Prosecuting Attorney, Special Justice on the Arkansas Supreme Court, and was appointed by the Supreme Court to its Committee on Criminal Practice. Robin is a member of the Central United Methodist Church, Rogers, where she serves on the Board of Trustees. She proud mother of two sons, Garrett and Peyton.
Bert Kell, Senior Vice President, Trust Department Supervisor, Arvest Bank
Bert is a Senior Vice President and Supervisor of the Trust Department at Arvest Bank in Rogers and has served on the board since 1998. Bert and his wife, Gina, have two daughters.
Kim Mason, Physical Education Instructor and District Health and Physical Education Director for the Rogers Public School District. She is a board member on the Rogers Community-School Recreation Association. She also serves with the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, Milken Foundation Educator, PE4Life Academy Director and various school and community committees.
Kenyell Ollie, Business Analyst, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Information Systems Division
Kenyell started as a programmer with Wal-Mart ISD in 2006. He is new to NW Arkansas and the KFMF board. Kenyell experienced heat illness while marching with Drum Corps International and is extremely happy to find and be involved with an organization focused on educating others in preventing this tragedy.
George Schaefer, Pediatrician, Rogers Pediatric Clinic
Dr. Schaefer is a pediatrician with Mercy Health in Rogers. Dr. Schaefer presents heat illness information on behalf of the Foundation and is also the director of the Kendrick Fincher Youth Run. Dr. Schaefer and his wife, Alesia, have seven children.
Laura Tucker, owner, Best Banner & Sign
Laura is a Rogers native graduating from Rogers High School in 1988. She started Best Banner and Sign in Rogers in 1994. She has been involved in the Kendrick Fincher Youth Run since 2004 and is currently serving a 3-year term as board member. She is the mother of 2 children, Kale & Madison. She is a member of Pinnacle Hills Church of Rogers.
Amber Lee Williams, Assistant General Counsel - Real Estate, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
Amber is an attorney at Wal-Mart and was named a board member in 2007. Amber lives in Bentonville with her husband Christopher.
Advisory Board
Andrew Cozart, Attorney, Fayetteville, Arkansas Andrew C. Cozart -- An attorney living in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with his wife Nancy and two sons, he has been a board member since the inception of the Foundation in 1996 and is serving as Board Chair through 2006. His interest in the Foundation came from meeting Mike and Rhonda Fincher and seeing the passion and emotion they possessed in preventing a tragedy such as theirs from ever happening again.
Ronnie Peacock, Rogers High School Football Coach
Ronnie was the Athletic Director for Rogers Public Schools from 2001 to 2007 and is currently serving as football coach at Rogers High School. Ronnie served as board member from 2002-2005 and is currently serving in an advisory capacity. Ronnie and his wife, Martina, have three grown children.
