Fitness Friday is a unique program designed to promote fitness and hydration within your organization all while raising funds for the Kendrick Fincher Memorial Foundation. The mission of the Kendrick Fincher Memorial Foundation is to promote hydration and prevent heat illness through education and supporting activities. We do this in a variety of ways – from distributing squeeze bottles to athletic teams, physical education classes and outdoor events to providing “cool huts” for local invents such as the Rogers Frisco Festival. Since our inception, we have provided over 130,000 squeeze bottles and hydration information to children and athletes all over the United States.
Fitness Friday is a fun and simple way to educate your co-workers, staff, friends, family and neighbors about the importance of hydration. Here is how to participate:
•Individuals within your organization receive the benefit of wearing “fitness” type clothing in exchange for a designated donation amount that you determine. If your location does not allow fitness type wear, you can modify to fit your needs. For example, jeans, no tie, business casual—whatever is acceptable to your organization.
•Recommended donations amounts are $1-$5 for business settings, and .25-$1 for students/teachers or other civic organizations.

• To raise funds for the Kendrick Fincher Foundation Squeeze Bottle Fund
